Shipping policy

Netherlands Orders within the Netherlands are shipped for a flat rate of €4.95. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

European Union We ship to all 27 EU member states for a flat rate of €14.50. Orders with a subtotal of €1000 or more qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timelines, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mail[at]itx-boutique[dot]com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
